These provide Offense and Defense to your Army. You can either buy them directly from the shop or build the Development Facility and then build them using Social Currency or Gold Coins. Your armies strength is very important when it comes to battle. You have to have a good offense while maintaining a great defense otherwise you will get killed by other players.
